RECORDED CONCERTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE AND
LOUIS LORTIE’S CONCERTS WILL BE RADIO BROADCAST AT ICI MUSIQUE
Following the recent announcement made by the government, Bourgie Hall is left with no other option but to remain closed to the public until November 23, 2020. However, Bourgie Hall will not remain silent, and thanks to multiple recorded concerts, the public will be able to enjoy
numerous performances online!
Options for ticket holders for concerts at Bourgie Hall
Tickets for concerts affected by this situation can either be retained and used for the new concert date, reimbursed entirely, or transferred as a donation.
For any further information, they invite you to contact their Box Office Manager, Laurine Pierrefiche at lpierrefiche@mbamtl.org
Web and radio broadcasts
In order to support artists and continue to offer high-calibre concerts during these uncertain times, Bourgie Hall invites the public to attend various concerts online or broadcast on the radio, produced by its numerous collaborators. Although these performances are recorded in a Bourgie Hall minus its audience, high-quality music will not be lacking!
Schedule of radio broadcasts
As part of the festivities surrounding the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth, Canadian pianist Louis Lortie continues his performances of Beethoven’s complete piano sonatas, which he commenced last February at
Bourgie Hall.
Audiovisual recording of these performances is undertaken by ProdCan with financial support provided by the Canimex Group, in preparation for broadcast on Medici.tv (broadcast dates TBA)
ICI Musique is also undertaking audio recordings of these performances, which will be broadcast as part of the programme Toute une musique, hosted by Marie-Christine Trottier on ICI Musique.
