FROM DEBUT SOLO RECORD
SERPENTINE PRISON,
PRODUCED BY BOOKER T. JONES

Matt Berninger, frontman of The National, shares a remix of “One More Second” from his acclaimed debut solo record Serpentine Prison by Future Islands today; check it out HERE. “Every time I put on Future Islands my impression of the human condition improves,” notes Berninger. “Their remix of “One More Second” kills me.” Rolling Stone praised the original’s “shuffling drums, rich organ, blooming backing vocals and …tasteful piano solo,” while Stereogum called the track “an elegant acoustic jam.”
