IRREDUCIBLE GASTRONOMY
MONTRÉAL EN LUMIÈRE, presented in collaboration with the Casino de Montréal, will be offering this year again a line-up of gourmet events to illuminate the cold season and kindle a little warmth in hearts–and taste buds!
From February 18 to 28 2021, the festival will pursue its mission and celebrate local food industry heroes. We will be paying delicious tribute to them through the digital platforms, the Quartier des spectacles, and throughout the four corners of the city.
Among the many things to look forward to, festivalgoers will have access to four tasty video series and will enjoy, as in previous years, the excellent menus of Montreal’s best restaurants thanks to the return of Bonnes Tables. Mark it on the calendar, localvores! An outdoor site showcasing an array of original artwork and some special winter activities will also be open to explore.
And, of course, the night owls have not been forgotten! On Saturday, February 27, festivalgoers will enjoy the Nuit blanche, which is celebrating this year its 18th anniversary and is presented by the Casino de Montréal.
The full schedule of events will be unveiled at the beginning of February.
