SOFI TUKKER are kicking off 2021 by sharing the James Hype remix of “Spa,” their Dionysian collaboration with Icona Pop. The English DJ and producer turns up the seduction, stripping the music down to a driving and dirty rhythm that intensifies the song’s mischievous flirtation.
The playfully indulgent anthem of self-love and self-care also has an equally flirtatious spa treatment themed video co-starring actor Jordan Firstman and transgressive multi-hyphenate Mia Khalifa.

On January 6th, SOFI TUKKER performed their 300th livestream since last March. The group are the 2nd most livestreamed artist of 2020, according to Pollstar’s chart of the year’s most livestreamed musical acts, with over 5.2 million views. SOFI TUKKER appeared on the cover of Pollstar last fall to discuss how their decision to livestream every day of quarantine developed into a dedicated community of daily viewers and a more direct connection between them and their listeners.
In December, SOFI TUKKER shared their remix of Lady Gaga’s hit single “911” from her album Chromatica. The duo’s adventurous take heightens the urgency of the original with a frenetic and ecstatic pace. This is the second time their work meets as SOFI TUKKER’s single “Matadora” was featured in Lady Gaga’s Netflix documentary Five Foot Two previously.
