For 50 years, Alain Fleischer and Christian Boltanski have shared both an unfailing friendship and an unclassifiable documentary project – that of filming for Fleischer and being filmed for Boltanski. In 2019, the major retrospective devoted to Christian Boltanski at the Centre Pompidou was the perfect opportunity for Alain Fleischer to unveil this film.
