ES1, the first French-language channel exclusively dedicated to e-sports, is pleased to announce the signing of two new partnerships with Quebec companies veeZion and Able Esports for the broadcast of new electronic sports competitions.

Two new broadcast agreements

After the EGT Challenge broadcast on its airwaves beginning last February, ES1 continues its development by teaming up with the Quebec eSports organization Able Esports, for the broadcast of the best moments of the tournament King of the Spike, based on the competitive shooter game Valorant (Riot Games). To be broadcast on May 14, 2021 at 10:30 p.m. on ES1, the tournament will see 32 North American teams with 5 players each compete.

ES1 is also proud to announce a new agreement with veeZion for the broadcast of the NHL ’21 Ultimate Championship, a high-level competition that brings together Canadian and American virtual hockey leagues. The tournament is open to all leagues who will have to select their representatives from among their best players and best teams. The channel will broadcast this competition during the summer as well as the final scheduled for next September.

ES1, official presenter of eLigue 1

Moreover, for soccer fans, ES1 is pleased to announce that it has been chosen by the French Professional Football League to become the official broadcaster of the current season of eLegue1, the official French eChampionnat on EA SPORTS FIFA 21. Since the beginning of the week, ES1 has been broadcasting the pool stages with the grand final on June 6 coming soon. Shows dedicated to eLigue 1 and totally new matches will be offered during this period.
