Celebrated actor and singer Anthony Ramos shares a new single entitled “Blessings” via Republic Records today.

Powered by upbeat high-energy production, the track highlights his dynamic vocals, slick charisma, and undeniable star power. His voice rises and falls with the bounce before exploding on the dancefloor-ready hook, “Shawty wanna bless me…Shawty feelin’ sexy…” Be on the lookout for the premiere of the music video May 21st.
“Blessings” follows hot on the heels of “Say Less” which Ramos released last month. Beyond tallying 1 million total streams, it attracted widespread critical acclaim right out of the gate. Rolling Stone praised it as “an unabashedly steamy piece of R&B,” and Billboard declared “his seductive, effervescent croon on “Say Less,” an atmospheric R&B late-night jam in the vein of the Weeknd.”About the red hot music video featuring Ramos’s In The Heights costar Melissa Barrera, Remezcla wrote, “Ramos and Barrera let off some major steam.” The new music showcases a more sensuous Pop/R&B sound for the artist.

In addition to releasing new music, Ramos recently starred in Calvin Klein’s new Spring 2021 campaign alongside stars like Megan Thee Stallion and Jacob Elordi. This May, he will also appear in HBO’s reimagining of the Emmy Award-winning series In Treatment opposite Uzo Aduba. He will also star in Lin Manuel Miranda’s highly anticipated big screen adaptation of In The Heights, which will be released in theaters and available via HBO Max, on June 11th.
