Territoires des Amériques, a film 360 (Fulldome) about the work of René Derouin is also the first work distributed by Hubblo.
Directed by Patrick Bossé and produced by Pascal Pelletier, Territoires des Amériques features sixty years of work by the multidisciplinary artist René Derouin. Like an artistic and virtual travel diary, this immersive film follows René Derouin on the road to the key places of his journey and his inspirations from Quebec to Mexico. During this documentary, the artist reveals the intimate links between his approach and his quest for identity through the realization of an original work of large circular format, in perfect harmony with the form of the film.
Distributed by Hubblo, Territoires des Amériques will begin a tour across the province this summer, which will continue until winter 2023. The first stop of this tour will see the film be presented in the Statera dome of Sorel-Tracy from June 30 for the summer. The work will then be presented in the city of Mont-Tremblant in October, in Montreal in November and in Rouyn Noranda in the winter of 2022.
