THOUSANDS OF DUCKS TAKE THE STREETS OF LOS ANGELES IN NEW DUCK SAUCE VIDEO “NONCHALANT”
You know that saying about the canary in the coal mine? Experts agree that there was a duck before the canary. It snuck out, thanks to its powerful intuition. Ducks can sense when danger approaches, and right now ducks are upset about something else.
Following this week’s U.N. report about climate change, thousands of mallards are marching across greater Los Angeles, from Venice Beach to downtown freeways. It appears they are fed up with the way humans have been handling their precious Mother Earth. This singular protest was captured by eco-conscious DJ duo Duck Sauce (Armand Van Helden & A-Trak) with the help of guerrilla documentarian Freeka Tet.
Animals are also invited to reconvene with the house supergroup on September 26th at Governor’s Ball, New York.
