I’m Your Girlfriend is Whitney Cummings’ third stand-up special and was her first for HBO. It was taped at The Broad Stage in Santa Monica, CA and features Cummings’ unfiltered observations on modern gender dynamics. She skewers the paradoxes of sex and relationships in an age when women have more power and independence than ever before.
Performing before a live audience, Cummings offers her uncensored thoughts on such topics as: whether men are attracted to successful women; being the breadwinner in a relationship; internet-inspired perversions; the problems with today’s birth control options for women; and her experience freezing her eggs.
Currently Cummings is touring her “TOUCH ME” stand up comedy theatre tour which spans 60+ cities across North America. Cummings has not only been engaging with her audience through her stand-up, but also through post-show meet and greets with fans that includes – hugs, autographs, selfies, dancing, playful antics, and more. As the most prominent female voice in stand-up comedy, the “TOUCH ME” tour is a big ol’ party and a celebration of LIFE! The material is deeply personal and nostalgic, reflecting on the changes that relationships, technology, and pop culture have brought to her life and her observations of today’s society.

Whitney Cummings is a comedian, actor, writer, producer, director, and host of the podcast Good for You. Best known for creating and starring in the NBC series Whitney, Whitney also is also co-creator and co-writer of the Emmy-nominated CBS comedy series 2 Broke Girls. She has appeared in multiple television shows and films, as well as multiple stand-up specials, one of which was nominated for an American Comedy Award. In 2017, she published her memoir titled I’m Fine … And Other Lies. Whitney’s first one-hour stand-up special, Money Shot premiered on Comedy Central in August 2010 and was nominated for an American Comedy Award. Her second one-hour stand-up special, Whitney Cummings: I Love You debuted on Comedy Central in June 2014. Her third one-hour stand-up special, I’m Your Girlfriend aired on HBO in 2016 and her latest, Can I Touch It? aired on Netflix in 2019. Following the success of her sold-out “CODEPENDENT TOUR”, Whitney is currently on her “TOUCH ME” stand up comedy theatre tour which spans 60+ cities across North America.
