A contest in the form of an Advent calendar, organized on Instagram and Facebook, allows you to win every day – from December 1 to 24, a gourmet prize, an unforgettable discovery or an unusual experience. The gifts, valued at $50 to $450 (for a total of $ 5,000) are all different and allow you to discover Restaurant h3, but also related establishments, namely Le Coureur des Bois in Beloeil and the Cabane du Coureur in St-Marc-sur-Richelieu. Restaurant h3 also spoils its customers by offering a Holiday Menu for lunch and dinner, and promises an unforgettable New Year’s Eve experience with an unparalleled menu. Led by chef-partner Jean-Sébastien Giguère and Hugo Duchesne, named the best sommelier in Quebec 2020 (new director of operations for the Cogir Restaurants group), Restaurant h3 is making its mark in Montreal gastronomic environment, thanks to its cuisine that draws from the province’s culinary influences and its incredible range of wines and spirits. However, the h3 also represents professional know-how and great generosity. So the whole team let their creativity run free to come up with a competition in the form of an Advent calendar: The Holiday Calendar, by h3. Everyone will be able to discover and live an extraordinary experience, thanks to various gifts for couples, friends or family. From December 1 to 24, epicureans and the curious are invited to react to postings on the restaurant’s social networks then a daily draw will take place, alternately on Instagram and Facebook. Each morning, the winner will be announced. Among the prizes to be won: a mixology class, a table for 6 people on the h3 terrace or at the Cabane du Coureur, a cooking workshop, or a visit to the Coureur des bois wine cellar with the key, a tasting of selected wines and cheese for 4 people. “The idea is to be able to finally enjoy a more normal holiday season than last year! A gastronomic experience with a special menu for the Holidays and for New Year’s
The holiday menu is now available for lunch (from $40) and evenings (from $75). You can discover products such as trout gravlax, veal sweetbreads or even venison. In order to end 2021 (and start 2022!) in the best possible way, the teams have concocted an h3 experience worthy of the finest tables in Montreal, with a 5-course menu ($115) and a food and wine pairing ($120).
