PROFESSOR JANE MCGAUGHEY, GUEST SPEAKER AT ST. PATRICK’S SOCIETY’S VIRTUAL LUNCHEON
The luncheon of the charitable organization St. Patrick’s Society of Montreal will take place on Thursday, March 17. The guest speaker will be Professor Jane McGaughey, holder of the Johnson Chair of Québec and Canadian Irish Studies at Concordia University’s School of Irish Studies. Professor McGaughey will discuss aspects of the history of the Irish in Montreal. The virtual luncheon will also include performances by Solstice, the Bernadette Short School of Irish Dance, iDanceDuo and will conclude with a friendly game of Trivia.
