Jason Wilson runs The Cave of Adullam, a karate dojo in inner-city Detroit. When Jason started his dojo, he thought young Black men needed more discipline but quickly realized they really needed more love. The film introduces us to four young Black men at a crossroads in their lives. Jason works with each of them and challenges them to be men of character, self-worth, and strength as they face the toughest decisions of their lives.
