- All the Beauty and the Bloodshed — Oscar-winner Laura Poitras (Citizenfour) looks at the life and art of Nan Goldin
- Buffy Sainte-Marie: Carry It On — artist, activist, legend
- Documentary Now! — mockumentary at its finest
- Louis Armstrong’s Black & Blues — TIFF Docs’ opening act
- Maya and the Wave — catch a wave with champion surfer Maya Gabeira
- Theatre of Thought — Werner Herzog peers inside the human brain
