Gorillaz has confirmed a historic, rare and must-see North American tour. Produced by Live Nation, this will be Gorillaz’s first visit to America since its 2018 tour that concluded with the first edition of the Demon Dayz L.A. festival, described by UPROXX as “something truly extraordinary.” This is the only North American tour on the horizon for the band. The world’s most popular virtual band will once again come to life thanks to Damon Albarn and a 14-piece band, in addition to an evolving roster of guest artists, in a series of 21 unique and unforgettable concerts in arenas across the U.S. and Canada (in addition to a headliner appearance at the Life Is Beautiful festival, previously announced), September 11 in Vancouver, BC to October 23 in Miami, FL.
Gorillaz’s stage experience, described by ROLLING STONE as “a stunning pop show anchored by the reassuring presence of Damon Albarn,” draws on a vast musical repertoire that has been innovating for more than 20 years by marrying genres and diverting expectations.
