LAYER Monograph Published by Phaidon Launches at London Design Festival
LAYER x Phaidon

LAYER and founder Benjamin Hubert are the subjects of an upcoming monograph published by Phaidon and written by design curator and commentator Max Fraser. The book is a reflection on the first decade of the studio and its design process. It features seven chapters, each exploring a different stage of Benjamin’s career and collaborations with some of the world’s leading brands, including Bang & Olufsen, Airbus, Vitra, Braun, and Moroso. This story is brought to life with almost 300 photographs cataloguing key projects and prototypes alongside the studio’s signature watercolour sketches.

The LAYER monograph will launch during London Design Festival, with an exhibition as part of the Material Matters 2022 fair.

The LAYER book is available from 22nd September. Pre-order a copy here.
