Birmingham-native to release new single
“What’s Country To You” on Oct. 21st — pre-save HERE
Just weeks prior to the Oct. 21 release of his new single “What’s Country To You” (the title track to his forthcoming EP, via Workplay Records), singer-songwriter Michael Warren’s track “Take The Crown” is the theme song for HBO Max’s official trailer for Season 2 of Mark Wahlberg’s “Wahl Street.”
“I love writing and producing music with my good buds Ryan Spann and Will Green, and it’s just such a fun and rewarding experience to have the music be picked up by HBO Max for the upcoming season of ‘Wahl Street,’” says Warren.
“Take The Crown” will soon be available for streaming/download/purchase on DSPs.
Warren, a Birmingham native who has written hits for Jennifer Lopez, Akon, Toni Braxton and more, now splits his time between his hometown and Nashville, TN. He returns to his Southern roots for his debut EP, What’s Country To You, set for release in February 2023.
