A real theatrical project
The Maison Théâtre will welcome TONNE DE BRIQUES within its walls from November 17 to 27. This creation by Samsara Théâtre, written and directed by Liliane Boucher, is aimed at young audiences aged 8 to 12 and features, among others, Éléonore, 11 years old. A real door behind the scenes, TONNE DE BRIQUES is a large playground where a mother, a father and their daughter have fun transposing their own roles to create a play. Between fiction and documentary, the play blurs the boundary between reality and imagination. Real life becomes theatre and this family reveals the sometimes chaotic beauty of the bonds that unite its members.
A family on stage
When Liliane proposes to her daughter Éléonore to create a play together, she is far from foreseeing the storms that will trigger the mixture of their imaginations. And when Éléonore’s videographer father also joins the adventure, family life is completely turned upside down. Brick by brick, from the prologue to the epilogue, this trio embarks on a creation that will not be without noise.
