Its initial theatrical release having been moved due to Covid, but the film had already been selected in important festivals in 2020: Sarajevo Film Festival, Les Journées du cinéma français Tübingen, as well as the 20th Whistler Film Festival (WFF).
TU TE SOUVIENDRAS DE MOI stars Rémy Girard (Édouard), Julie Le Breton (Isabelle), Karelle Tremblay (Bérénice), France Castel (Madeleine) and David Boutin (Patrick).
Edouard, a public figure and retired history teacher, is starting to lose his memory. Accustomed to expressing himself on all platforms, he has to be more discreet even if he feels he still has a lot to say. Since no one around him is able to look after him, he is placed under the care of Berenice, a young girl who is a bit rebellious and lost. Their meeting will lead Edward to revisit a part of his personal history that he had chosen to forget and for Berenice to find meaning in her life.
