More than ever this year, FAIRMONT THE QUEEN ELIZABETH wants to help its valued clients end the year off right, from preparing a magical holiday at home to celebrating out on the town. First, the general public is invited to visit Marché Artisans to pick up some new local gifts, delights and delicacies along with veritable feasts that you can share with your loved ones in the comfort of your own home. The Nacarat bar and Rosélys restaurant have also pulled out all the stops to create festive, food-focused or sparkling celebrations, while Chef Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin has put together memorable meals for all of the season’s key moments.

Located right inside the FAIRMONT THE QUEEN ELIZABETHMarché Artisans is the gateway to a whole world of gastronomy that showcases good taste, authenticity and excellence by offering the very best of local products.  Inspired by some of the world’s most beautiful food courts, Marché Artisans offers a myriad of items such as three exquisite meal boxes for the holidays — Surf (pictured), Turf, and Vegetarian —, six exceptional signature Yule logs (Marché Artisans is one of the few places downtown to get this traditional dessert!), as well as delicious King Cakes. Throughout December, you can discover these artisans’ wares by picking up a discovery basket for the cocktail aficionado, relaxation buff, or sweet tooth on your list; finding ideas for 100% Quebec-sourced gifts; and attending tastings and workshops. If you hate last-minute planning, you’ll even save with Early Bird discounts valid now through December 10 for festive meals and, from November 25 to 28 for Black Friday, up to 40% off at the Espace Boutique!
