The 2022 edition of Forum RIDM took place in an almost 100% in-person format. Many of you came together at the Cinémathèque québécoise, the Salle polyvalente at UQAM, L’inis and the Centre Pierre-Péladeau to celebrate documentary film and spend time with the community! Through its workshops, discussions and networking opportunities, the Forum RIDM has once again established itself as an essential meeting place for the documentary community. The Forum RIDM connected local creators and professionals with local and international industry representatives. |

The closing event of Forum RIDM, presented by SODEC, saw the unveiling of the recipients of the Talent Lab prizes in grants and support as well as the winner of the franC doc grant. Participants of the Talent Lab, presented by Netflix, qualified for five awards offered in collaboration with Royal Photo, the ONF, the NFB, and Cineground.
