the 3-time GRAMMY®- and Emmy Lizzo Award-winning artist announced the second North American portion of her hugely popular tour kicking off in 2022. The Special 2our tour kicks off on Friday, April 21 in Knoxville, TN at the Thompson-Boling Arena. Having recently won an Emmy Award for Best Television Competition and the Video for a Good Cause Award at the VMAs for “About Damn Time” (a song that topped Billboard’s Hot 100 and Top 10 in 12 other countries), she will visit 17 cities across North America next year. Her most recent album, Special, reached #2 on the Billboard 200 chart, while Rolling Stone described it as “the most enjoyable, musically diverse, and emotionally profound album to have been released on a major record label since Beyoncé’s Lemonade.”
Produced by Live Nation, this series of 17 concerts will stop in St. Louis, Montreal and Chicago, among others, before concluding on Friday, June 2, 2023 at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, CA. The full itinerary can be found below.
