ray donovan season twoRay Donovan (played by Live Shrieber) has climbed the ranks from bouncer in Boston to an in demand problem fixer in Hollywood. If you are a star or wealthy type and have had an oops in your life of any sort he will take care of it or make it disappear for you. This special kind of employment brings in plenty of money for his family but means that he is away from them a lot. This time away causes problems with his relationship with the people he loves most and cause stress on the family unit. Oddly enough, for a problem fixer he seems to have no solution for his own situation. In this the second season, things go from bad to worse for the Donovans.

 

Episode 1: Yo Soy Capitain: Terry (played by Eddie Marsan) becomes obsessive over his ex-girlfriend. Conor (played by Devon Bagby) gets into a fight with a classmate.

 

Episode 2: Uber Ray: Mickey (played by Jon Voigt) is forced by Ray to return to Los Angeles. A reporter starts looking into Sully’s death.

 

Episode 3: Gem and Loan: Ray and Abby (played by Paula Malcomson) face a bump in the road trying to get Bridget (played by Kerris Dorsey) into the school she wants to attend. The journalist Kate (played by Vinessa Shaw) starts looking into Mickey.

 

Episode 4: SUCK: Ray has to get a former member of Sully’s gang out of the country quickly. Mickey starts a new job working at a Mexican restaurant.

 

Episode 5: Irish Spring: Ray gets his hands on some compromising stuff about Cochran (played by Hank Azaria) who is interrogating Mickey. Abby is getting closer to her friend Jim (played by Brian Geraghty), who is a cop.

 

Episode 6: Viagra: Ray asks Volcheck (played by Kip Pardue) for his help in taking down Cochran. Mickey makes an appointment to see a movie executive.

 

Episode 7: Walk This Way: It is Conor’s birthday and there is some tension when the entire Donovan family comes together for a celebration. Cookie Brown (played by Omar J. Dorsey) comes to take out Bridget and Ray sees him.

 

Episode 8: Sunny: Ray’s deal with Cookie is in trouble when Lee (played by Peter Jacobson) backs out. Kate relaunches her investigation.

 

Episode 9: Snowflake: Mickey hatches a plan for him and Shorty (played by Steph Duvall) to rob a pot store. Ray tells Bridget to lie about where she was the night of the shooting.

 

Episode 10: Vocheck: Kate asks Ray about his past. Cochran is now officially up for the position of Director of the FBI.

 

Episode 11: Rodef: Ray gets his stuff in order in case he is arrested. The robbery Mickey had planned does not go as he imagined it would.

 

Episode 12: The Captain: Abby finds herself not being able to decide between Ray and Jim. Mickey comes up with a new plan.
